Guess when lobster season is, folks? February is full of citrus and seafood. Check out the list of fruits, vegetables, fish and appetizers that are best in February.

February Fruits and Vegetables, Dresses & Appetizers

February Fruits: Cactus pear, cherimoya, clementines,  dates, grapefruit, kiwifruit, oranges, passion fruit, pear, persimmons, pummelo fruit, red banana, red currants, rhubarb, tangerines

February Vegetables: Belgian endive, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celeriac, chard, chicory,  chestnuts, collard greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, parsnips, spinach, swede, sweet dumpling squash, sweet potatoes, turnips, winter squash

February Fish:
Halibut, guinea fowl, lobster, mussels

February Seasonal Appetizers:
Chestnut Honey and Ricotta Crostini
Lobster Lover’s Mac and Cheese
Steamed Mussels in Wine
Pears Wrapped in Prosciutto
