This is a variation from Food Network Kitchens’ Peach Cobbler cocktail recipe.

Ingredients

Dash bitters
Crushed ice
About 5 wedges grilled peaches, pitted and quartered
3 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
2 ounces rye whiskey
2 1/2 ounces peach nectar
1 lemon wedge

Directions
1. Fill a large wine goblet with crushed ice. Gently muddle the rye whiskey, peach nectar, dash of bitters, grilled peaches, mint, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Serve cold.

Grilled Peaches
Ingredients

4 peaches, pitted and halved
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Canola oil

Directions
1. Brush the grill with oil and set it to high heat.

2. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon mixture.

3. Place peaches cut-side down on a hot grill. Cook until grill
marks show, about 2 minutes.
